Atwater Village Summer Nights on the Blvd Thursday

Tomorrow (Thursday, July 280, 2011) is the second of three Summer Nights on the Boulevard. It’s fun to grab a friend and walk around the Boulevard, so hopefully we’ll see you around tomorrow night!

The Atwater Village Summer Nights on the Boulevard is hosted by the Atwater Village Neighborhood Council and supported by the Chamber of Commerce. Visit the event website for more information! The next Summer Nights on the Boulevard takes place on August 25, 2011.

Here’s the run-down for where to find what (thank you AVNC!):

Family

Nila will be providing Family Fun from 5-7pm and Nila at Night offering childcare for $10 per hour so the grownups can tour the boulevard. 3010 Glendale Blvd (adjacent to the bridge).

Hypnotiq Solutions will be offering 2 free Mini Clay HypnoArt Workshops (ages 8-adult) 8:15-8:45pm and 9:00-9:30pm, 3405 Glendale Blvd.

Art

Santosha Space & Hypnotiq Solutions are hosting Part II of the “Art on the Boulevard” Competition & Showcase 6-10pm, 3405 Glendale Blvd.

Wonderlock Kellerland is providing a French/Belgium DJ Party and groupshow of 20 Berlin artists 3149 Glendale Blvd.

Food and Drink

55 degrees will have food trucks 5-10pm, 3111 Glendale Blvd.

Atwater Village Farm Team is providing Toast and Jam 5-10pm, 3224 Glendale Blvd.

Music, Dance and Yoga

Revo Café hosting bands: College Girlfriend, Coby Brown, Ruthtub 6:30-10pm, 3134 Glendale Blvd.

Heartbeat House will provide high energy dance demos 3141 Glendale Blvd.

Brazilian Yoga and Pilates will be doing yoga and pilates demo at Kaldi 3147 Glendale Blvd.

Shop and Community

The Little Knittery will be hosting a one night only trunk show of super cute and simple knitting kits by Make-One.com 3195 Glendale Blvd.

The AVNC will be handing out free stickers and community calendars at Revo Cafe 3131 Glendale Blvd.

Alias Books East will be hosting the Atwater Village Book Signing 5-10pm, 3163 Glendale Blvd.

More businesses will be participating, but have yet to confirm their activities.
